The villa is in Jávea, on the second line from the sea in the Segundo Montanyà area, also known as Calablanca. The sea and the rocky coves by the Calablanca roundabout are 1 minute away on foot, about 100 metres. The Playa del Arenal is a 10 minute walk.

The historic centre sits inland and has the fortified Gothic church of San Bartolomé. The old port area, Duanes de la Mar, holds the marina and the church of Loreto. A nine hole golf course lies between Jávea and Moraira. Alicante airport is about 1 hour 10 minutes by car.
